See how Zeromachine Works Studio turns your ideas into dependable, sustainable systems.

Turn your ideas into workable machine and system architectures. We help you define requirements, choose the right technologies and lay out hardware that can actually be built and serviced.

From clean‑sheet electrical systems to detailed routed harnesses, we produce the schematics, data and build documentation you need for reliable, repeatable manufacture.

We stay hands‑on through prototype builds and trials, helping you de‑risk designs, fix problems quickly and capture changes before they reach production.

Improve the machines you already own or operate. We focus on reliability, maintainability and mild hybridisation upgrades that make day‑to‑day work easier, safer and more sustainable.
Zeromachine brings a long track record of field‑proven engineering – from everyday electrics to cutting‑edge zero‑emission work – always pragmatic, always aiming for better, more sustainable outcomes.

Zeromachine Works Studio provides concept and system design, electrical and routed harness engineering, prototyping and development support, lifecycle and fleet improvement work (including upgrades and mild hybridisation), plus small‑batch production support, component sourcing and supplier liaison where it makes sense to keep things moving.
We work on everything from one‑off problem jobs and small harness builds through to subsystems and full machines, including EV and mild‑hybrid work, aftermarket electrification and controls, routed harness sets, prototype rigs, root‑cause analysis of persistent faults, reliability improvements to cut warranty calls, and practical upgrades for existing plant, vehicles and equipment.
We start with a straightforward conversation to understand the problem, constraints and goals, then agree scope, deliverables and a sensible budget and timeline. We do the detailed work and go hands‑on where needed, supporting you through prototypes, handover to production and into aftercare if required, so you’re not left with a design you can’t build or support.
Yes. A big part of what we can offer is improving existing machines and fleets – including modifications, system integration, electrification of diesel machines to EV or hydrogen fuel‑cell, mild hybridisation and fuel‑efficiency upgrades by reducing parasitic loads (for example replacing engine‑driven pumps with electric units, adding thermal management packs and refining control strategies).
No. Zero‑emission and EV work is a big part of what we do, but the same engineering approach applies to conventional diesel and petrol machines, hybrids and everything in between – we’re interested in good, pragmatic engineering wherever it’s needed.
The easiest way to start is to get in touch with a brief outline of your machine, subsystem or problem, plus any drawings, photos or data you already have. We’ll look it over and suggest a simple next step – usually an informal chat or phone call – and if it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll turn that into a clear scope, deliverables and budget.
